What happend to me today? can anyone tell me?

i was stood up in food tech, i hadnt had any breakfast but that was normal for me because i never do on a school day. i felt really sick so i took my chewing gum out and stuck it on an oven haha. then everything started going black, and i couldnt hear anything it was all muffled, i could feel myself falling but i didnt. then i started heaving really bad as if i was going to be sick but i swollowed it down, then everything started to come clear again, and everyone was like omg your pale as a ghost are you alright? and i was all cold and clammy, what the **** happend to me? :s
