Any ideas for my burger to be better? also steak! recipes? 10 points!?

i usually season the groundmeat with salt, pepper, and worsheshire sauce and some pepper vinegar...i use pam and cook in skillet....on the side i slice onion and cook them as well and serve on top of the burger.....good luck!
