FACE BOOK HELP!!! UPLOADING PHOTOS..tried even the simple uploader but didn't work...HELP PLEASE!?

There is no way to contact someone personally for technical questions like this. Face Book to me is not very user friendly when it comes to finding help! I have researched the help discussion forms and nothing there is what I need. I have uploaded some photos, and then all of a sudden it is telling me it FAILED. I've created a NEW ALBUM to upload more photos, and it still tells me it FAILED. Why would it work one minute and not the next? And how can I contact someone directly at Face Book for some HELP? I sware, facebook is not user friendly in my eyes. Anyone out there who can help me? I have asked this question on their discussion form but no one has answered. I would appreciate any tips. Thanks so much.
