What do you think of the officiating this......?

there have been a lot of poor calls. slovakian player offside on goal vs new zealand. two americans cautioned for hand that did not hit hand/arm. US goals vs slovenia and algeria. italy goal vs slovakia. referee of germany/serbia game giving yellow cards out like coupons, as well as a weak red to miroslav klose. red card of tim cahill vs germany...must i continue. i think henry's handball could also be included in this due to its impact on the WC. considering these are the best officials in the world i think the officiating has been poor, but i think its shown the need for replay on goal scoring plays like in nhl ice hockey
