Yes it is treatable. At this time the H1N1 is sensitive to Tamiflu and Relenza. Both are antivirals that have mixed results in regards to Flu. Most people would recover with supportive therapy (rest,hydration,acetaminophen,antibiotic… for secondary infections). Common sense and precautions will probably be enough at this point-avoiding people that are coughing/sneezing, using hand sanitizer liberally and avoiding big public gatherings for awhile. BTW, WebMd is a pretty good source for medical information.
