Oblivion citizen NPC replacer?

Hello, i have been playing Oblivion for about a year now and im getting tied of seen the same face and body style of all the citizens in the game, i have the oldest version of Oblivion (because i always get an error when i try to get the new patches) and i was wondering if there is any mod that replaces or add more types of citizens in the game. Perferibly prettier too, because there seems to be few nice looking people in game.
