Is it better to seek difficult challenges, or to seek relief from difficult challenges?

i'll say to seek difficult challenges because life isn't fun if we do practically nothing. If everyone is just sitting around feeling indolent i really don't see much life whereas if one is a diligent worker and face challenges each day life become a meaning to them. Do u agree or disagree and why. i need some of your feedbacks thanks
