My pregnant wife having motile worms in her urine deposit.?

she is in 9 th month expecting the delivery. Two days before Dr advised to do urine test. In that urine deposit i saw motile worms and some pus,epi and RBCs along with the worms.it is very tiny and active.i think it is Micro filariae but she dose not have any symptoms like fever,etc.now i just want to know it is MF or not. if it is MF weather it may affect the fetus or not.
