Melbourne Cup for the serious and not so serious punters?

Yeah i just read that article as well, i didnt realise they'd done it for Makybe Diva. Knowing that, i'd say they will probably give it a watering which is a joke. You should already know about the track your bringing your horse onto, so they cant claim to have only just worked it out. Especially on a race as big as this. But, i dont see Septimus's price firming in much further than it is already is, so i'll be waiting til Cup morning before i drop some money on him but I'll still be backin him for the win.
