Has anyone out there ever used tsc zereba brand solar chargers for electric containment fencing?

i have about 10 acers under fence four strand 17 gauge smooth wire which i wish to contain goats in i need a charger that does not require electricity as it is on the wrong side of the road from my home and cant run electricity to it
