In the natural world the male is the most beautiful adorned so women of the human species wear make .?

In the nature males outnumber females so they have to make an effort to attract a mate to breed with hence the elaborate mating rituals display of markings etc. Human men however have convinced women they should work hard to attract a mate (which is bullsh*t because i've only ever met one decent man!) and that's why women wear make-up and perfume etc.
