Bush promised change too, where did he put us?

Bush delivered on his promise. He did make many changes. He invaded a country based on lies(?). He spends America's future on this war with no over site whatsoever, he has attack your individual rights under the guise of "terrorist". That word has served this administration well. However, he could have accomplished none of this without the help of congress. The partisanship showed in congress right down to the sacrificing of our militaries lives to further their parties agenda is disgraceful. On either side of the political spectrum. A complete overhaul of congress(replace ALL inbents) is desperately needed in America. If any new member puts party before America, they should be voted out of office at the earliest opportunity.
