My stomach felt like it was having a seizure...?

I woke up the other night out of a dead sleep and It felt like my stomach was having a seizure... it was jumping and twitching, and felt like someone had doused it with gasoline and set it on fire inside of a incenerator.... I also vomited once because of it and the more I moved around the worse it hurt. My abs now feel like I did a million crunches.... Has anyone else had this problem before?
