My 2004 dodge neon sxt keeps misfireing in cilender 2?

my 2004 dodge neon sxt keeps misfireing in cilender 2 anybody ells having this problem i change the plug and the wires but 2 weeks later it did it again i pulled one of the spark plugs out and it was soaked in oil the other 3 wasnt what could this be please help
