Is this a good tank setup?

i have a 20 gallon long tank and i was wondering if this is a good setup. fine gravel bottom, driftwood with 3-4 plants near it, some floating plants. the fish will be, an african erfly fish, 2-3 senegal bichirs, ???anything else??? i want to if that is good, if not what do i take away or what do i add? thanks.
