I am 14 and have really bad bunions!?

i am 14 and have really bad bunions that are really sore, no pain medication off my doctor works so he refered me to a foot doctor [cant remember the name] and she gave me them insoles, but they dont help with the pain :'( its so bad it makes me want to cry sometimes, what can i do? :(
