Coolio's Rules.....?

Lately for whatever reason I have been watching Coolio's rules on the oxygen channel when I get up to feed my duaghter late at night. I have noticed that his duaghter say something to the effect of "TF" and the whole family mainly coolio though says "shockazulu" a lot. Does anyone know what these two slangs mean??? Maybe I'm just really out of the loop these days lol
