Why has Israel failed to define its borders?

wow, sophisticated question I must say. I think the problem is that Israel doesn't WANT to declare its borders because they WANT as much jewish land as possible. They have a dream of an ever expanding jewish state, that privileges one race ( the jew) and controls all others as second rate. This is what they have sculpted now, (to a point) , despite the suffering of the natives of that area, the Palestinians. What the jewish state WANTS is for the Palestinians to roll over and play 'dog' with tails between their legs and bow to the jew apartheid nation. I do not think this will ever work. so long as the human spirit survives, with the moral and just in their soul, NO ONE would bow to the jew states whip. the Israeli govt is living on borrowed time... and they secretly know it. In regards to zionism...what a price to pay, to be a 'jew' ...to have to murder children.. just so the 'jew' has their private supremest state. its disgusting. oh, I forgot, we are supposed to believe they are the ETERNAL victim.. its their M.O. LOL.
